It’s official – Volkswagen is the most reliable van brand according to the results of the latest Fleet News FN50 reliability survey announced recently which gives the Most Reliable Van Manufacturer award to Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, beating Ford and Mercedes into second and third place.
The Volkswagen Caddy, Transporter and Crafter were all placed in the top six most reliable vans, proving the reliability of our whole range.

The annual FN50 reliability survey is compiled from the feedback of the UK’s top 50 leasing and contract hire companies with a combined fleet of more than 1.2 million vehicles making it the largest independent report of its kind with the most in-depth, comprehensive and accurate analysis.
Stephen Briers, editor of Fleet News, said: “Van reliability is arguably more important than car reliability as vital supply chains can be disrupted through unnecessary vehicle downtime. Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has demonstrated with its leading position as a van manufacturer, and high placing for its models, that fleet operators can choose its vehicles in confidence.”
